RECRUITMENT POLICY
The PSA team is qualified to advising and assisting their clients from the early stages of planning and structuring of their investment, through to the preparation and negotiation of the requisite legal documentation necessary for such investment, and beyond to advising in connection with the day to day operations.
With a view to the fluctuant Romanian legislation, the team is accustomed to closely monitoring all the developments in the regulatory framework. In this respect, the office frequently issues bulletins on such developments, in order to helping the client to permanently comply with any legal requirements in relation to its business.
Members of Petrescu, Şerban & Asociaţii are able to undertake work in a variety of languages in addition to Romanian, including English, French, Italian, and German. Moreover, PSA works with professional authorized translators, practically in any language.

FEES
As previously shown throughout the hereby presentation, the firm is focused on providing professional and cost-effective legal advice services to an increasing range of clients.
In this respect, the PSA fee policy is conceived in order to meeting all clients’ expectations, depending on certain parameters, such as the complexity of the project/matter, the seniority of the lawyer/lawyers involved in the project, the duration of the required assistance, etc.
Therefore, the fees may be established on an hourly basis, payable at the end of the month or, in case of a certain project, as an advance down payment followed by the final invoice accompanied by the breakdown of hours at the end of such project, as the case may be.
For legal assistance rendered on a day-by-day basis, the PSA fees may be established as a fixed monthly amount, covering in principle all legal services required by the client.
With respect to certain matters, the firm may require a lump sum for one individualized project.
